Ingredients
1 Mango, peeled,seeded & diced
1 large Banana, peeled & sliced
1 cup Pineapple chunks (with 100% fruit juice)
3/4 cup low fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Ice cubes
1/2 cup Fresh Milk
Sugar for tasting ( exclude if necessary)
Strawberry for topping (or any fruit you desire)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except strawberry in a blender container.
Blend until mixture is smooth .
Transfer by pouring mixture into glasses then top with sliced strawberry. (or any fruit you desire)
Serve, enjoy and be refreshed!

I love a good smoothie in the morning. I almost never use mango though so this freshens it up for me!

I always find that a banana sweetness a smoothie up just fine and I never need to add the sugar! It keeps it healthier that way, I love that you made the sugar optional in this recipe! Mango and Pineapples are some of my favorite fruits so I might just have to pull out my blender!

I prefer having smoothies for breakfast and am always trying new combinations. For some reason even when I was little I was never fond of having a heavy breakfast, smoothies have always been up my alley!

I love smoothies! They’re my go to drinks over anything and everything – YES EVEN WATER I’M SORRY! Pineapple isn’t a favourite on its own but I feel like I would probably like it in a smoothie!
